Daniel did a great job. He asked what the issues were before we started and even gave some exercises to try to at home. Felt so much better after the massage, I'll definitely be back!

Daniel is very friendly.He tailored the massage to what suited me best. the best massage and value for money in Dublin.im definitely returning. I haven't slept this well since my massage. I suffer with chronic pain this gas made a huge difference. I'm very happy and looking forward to my next visit. highly recommend. And very easy to get to in city centre.

My experience with Daniel at Body Balance was a very positive one! My back and shoulders had been niggling at me for quite a while and after the massage I felt infinitely better! Daniel asked questions to find out what I was looking for and tailored the massage to suit me. Not only that but he also recommended various exercises which would help to alleviate some of the tension in my back and shoulders which I was experiencing. I could not recommend Daniel enough and I will definitely be going back!
